Why we made it We spent a total of six years developing prototypes and gathering feedback from cycling's biggest stage, leaving no design choice unexamined and no convention unchallenged. The critical updates to the new EQUIPE RS shorts are a new textile and a new insert. The new textile, Type.911, allowed us to completely reengineer the cut, reducing the seam count and wrinkles while micro-adjusting fit across the legs and waist. It also let us eliminate the rollBar bib strap design, because Type.911 is more elastic and more compressive than the Type.441 used on the previous generation. Rather than merely suspended from bib straps, the S11 shorts envelope the rider’s body in omnidirectional, body-mapped stability. The new RS S11 insert’s top sheet is both softer against the body and more durable for washing, and it has an improved odor control treatment while maintaining its predecessor’s cooling airflow, micro-shock damping, and low-volume, lightweight profile.

Our impossibly light RSR Jersey S11 replaces the RSR SUPERLÉGER S9. The hyper-cooling main textile remains unchanged, but a new, lighter warp-knit textile on the sleeves wraps the upper arms in bi-stretch support for second-skin, low-volume aerodynamics. The HASHOOGI S11 is a completely reengineered winter platform, with improved body-mapping comfort and upgrades to our proprietary softshell textiles that increase breathability while providing more freedom of movement and less restriction in an upright riding position. The main body textile is an evolved version of our proprietary AIRBLOCK membrane family, which completely blocks wind, precipitation, and road spray with increased breathability, more elastic stretch, and a more supple feel that better wraps the body in streamlined, low-volume comfort.

We created it to adapt our ultimate hot-weather endurance jersey for the brightest, sunniest climates. Full-length sleeves wrap the rider’s arms in UPF 50+ with a lightweight, hyper-wicking textile inherited from the Racing Series line. The body is made from ultrabreathable, ultra-cooling textiles that breathe like racing equipment but are cut in our streamlined RegularFit. Though the full-length sleeves are UPF 50, the GT body textiles (UPF 15) are so lightweight that we recommend wearing sunscreen underneath them.

Breathable, moderately insulated, and fast-drying, the newly updated GT Spring Fall Jersey C2 ensures comfort by preserving a comfortable, dry microclimate in chilly conditions without stifling if the day grows warmer. The sleeves are now constructed entirely of RX material, increasing thermoregulation to cover cooler conditions. Refinements to fit across the chest, shoulders, and abdomen increase comfort while off the bike or in a more upright, endurance-oriented riding position. We improved our endurance gilet's fit with a less rigid wind-blocking front panel and a highly elastic mesh rear panel, allowing the vest to wrap the body for a rustle-free fit while also increasing breathability. Updated armhole elastic reduces restriction and ensures no overlap with the MILLE GT C2 Jersey's seams, increasing comfort and freedom of movement while eliminating friction between layers. The ultralight, ultra-packable design stows in a pocket when not needed, and the new mesh back panel reduces weight to just 75g (size medium).

Of the S11 changes, the addition of the rollBar suspension system, adapted from the Racing Series S9, is the most impactful. The new construction increases vertical stabilization and allows a less restrictive waist construction. Coverage across the stomach and lower back also increased, providing more supportive, breathable comfort around the waist while accommodating aggressive riding positions. The butterfly-wrap paneling returns for S11, enveloping your muscles in micro-adjusted, fatigue-reducing compression that balances long-distance comfort with competitive aerodynamics. Updated for S11, the latest GTS insert radically increases cooling airflow, and the dual-layer 13mm construction adds 4mm of targeted support to the 9mm base of microshock-absorbing foam.

The warmers’ textile is upgraded for increased warmth – even in wet conditions – and when the temperatures rise and the road dries, they still pack down to stow in a jersey pocket. For added versatility, the low-volume, second-skin fit layers easily beneath wind and rain shells, adding insulation to stormproof protection.

The new Spring Fall Skin Layer is 15% lighter than its predecessor. Despite those lost grams, it also has increased collar coverage, improved odorControl, and a more streamlined, body-mapped fit. The textile is woven tighter on the front panel to provide more insulation where warmth is critical. On the back and under the arms, a more open weave increases breathability and works to actively modulate your microclimate’s temperature, expelling excess body warmth to prevent overheating during full-gas efforts.

Why we made it GTS marks the introduction of the second generation of MILLE—an all-new bib short that builds on the iconic GT shorts’ Total Comfort formula with its plush double-layer insert, fatigue-reducing textile, and revamped fit. We’ve engineered it for committed riders looking for added comfort during training to everyday riders seeking maximum long-distance support.

These shorts feature a newly designed comfortFit: less compression and a less restrictive fit on the waist and abdominal areas, but the leg circumference and length are the same as on the T.équipe. The unique insert is a small masterpiece that has been specifically designed for ultra-long-distance missions. Ergonomically shaped, it uses higher density memory foam shock absorbers and features a very special ASSOS invention, kuKuPenthouse. In the front section of the insert there is a low volume circular inlet that accommodates the male anatomy in cocoon-like comfort, yet holds everything securely. As well, T.cento offers reduced motion and greater breathability in this sensitive area. WHEN TO USE? We recommend the T.cento for ultra-long distances or at the beginning of the season, when you may have gained a few kilos. Due to T.cento's construction, it is also ideally suited for more robust body types.

The minimalist OFF-ROAD ST T3 Insert is 33% thinner than the High Performance model in our TACTICA HP T3 liner, though its dual layer construction erases microvibrations and diffuses shocks and larger impacts.

The new TACTICA Sport Touring Liner Shorts are engineered for less-intense rides — touring, the bike park, ebikes, and commuting. They’re refined for pure utility with minimal weight and ultimate breathability, so they layer seamlessly under any over shorts or pants. The waist construction and leg bands are the same as the more robust TACTICA HP liner, wrapping the waist and thighs with lightly compressive security. The minimalist OFF-ROAD ST T3 Insert has a minimal 6mm of foam, engineered with a mono-layer construction to erase microvibrations and diffuse the lighter impacts of less aggressive off-road riding.

The absence of bib straps compounds the difficulty of dialing the perfect ride-tuned fit. To address that, we reimagined the waistband with a stabilizing elastic layer that anchors the fit and an additional top band of mesh that extends coverage, independent of the elastic band, for comfort, moisture management, and to eliminate gaps between shorts and jersey while in the saddle. The updated insert features increased ventilation, a reduced footprint, and a new Odor Control Top Sheet Tex in Sugar Blue.
