Why we made it We spent a total of six years developing prototypes and gathering feedback from cycling's biggest stage, leaving no design choice unexamined and no convention unchallenged. The S9 platform at the heart of the DYORA RS Bib Shorts is the result. The shorts combine textiles and technology in an interwoven network of wrapping compression, silky comfort, and tensile pre-load to keep everything from the leg panels to the DYORA RS Insert securely in place. These bib shorts are an uncompromising solution that strikes an impossible balance between aerodynamics, durability, and silky comfort for long training rides and hammerfest crits alike.

The critical updates to the new EQUIPE RS shorts are a new textile and a new insert. The new textile, Type.911, allowed us to completely reengineer the cut, reducing the seam count and wrinkles while micro-adjusting fit across the legs and waist. It also let us eliminate the rollBar bib strap design, because Type.911 is more elastic and more compressive than the Type.441 used on the previous generation. Rather than merely suspended from bib straps, the S11 shorts envelope the rider’s body in omnidirectional, body-mapped stability. The new RS S11 insert’s top sheet is both softer against the body and more durable for washing, and it has an improved odor control treatment while maintaining its predecessor’s cooling airflow, micro-shock damping, and low-volume, lightweight profile.

Of the S11 changes, the addition of the rollBar suspension system, adapted from the Racing Series S9, is the most impactful. The new construction increases vertical stabilization and allows a less restrictive waist construction. Coverage across the stomach and lower back also increased, providing more supportive, breathable comfort around the waist while accommodating aggressive riding positions. The butterfly-wrap paneling returns for S11, enveloping your muscles in micro-adjusted, fatigue-reducing compression that balances long-distance comfort with competitive aerodynamics. Updated for S11, the latest GTS insert radically increases cooling airflow, and the dual-layer 13mm construction adds 4mm of targeted support to the 9mm base of microshock-absorbing foam.

Lightly insulated knickers for cool conditions and long-distance riding, with extended knee coverage and stormproof textiles. Updated with features to enhance stability, reduce seams, and improve support. We redesigned the pre-shaped panels to reduce seam count, and we also shed grams without sacrificing the light compression and long-distance comfort MILLE embodies. The Knickers are updated with our race-inspired X-Frame bib design, which stabilizes the insert and body panels throughout the pedal motion and while cornering. Why we made it GTS marks the introduction of the second generation of MILLE—an all-new bib short that builds on the iconic GT shorts’ Total Comfort formula with its plush double-layer insert, fatigue-reducing textile, and revamped fit. We’ve engineered it for committed riders looking for added comfort during training to everyday riders seeking maximum long-distance support.

These shorts feature a newly designed comfortFit: less compression and a less restrictive fit on the waist and abdominal areas, but the leg circumference and length are the same as on the T.équipe. The unique insert is a small masterpiece that has been specifically designed for ultra-long-distance missions. Ergonomically shaped, it uses higher density memory foam shock absorbers and features a very special ASSOS invention, kuKuPenthouse. In the front section of the insert there is a low volume circular inlet that accommodates the male anatomy in cocoon-like comfort, yet holds everything securely. As well, T.cento offers reduced motion and greater breathability in this sensitive area. WHEN TO USE? We recommend the T.cento for ultra-long distances or at the beginning of the season, when you may have gained a few kilos. Due to T.cento's construction, it is also ideally suited for more robust body types.

Our TRAIL Cargo Shorts feature critical updates, including lighter materials and construction. They also adapt the zeroPressure Waist technology from our road equipment, which uses highly elastic material and silicone grip to lock the shorts in place with an unrestrictive, frictionless hold. The new Water & Mud Shield Tec is unique to TACTICA, repelling trail spray and mud while expelling internal moisture and drying fast to reduce weight gained through moisture soaking in. Two pockets provide zippered and triple ramp security, and bonded hems eliminate weight and friction between system layers. Reflective strips on the back of the legs help maintain visibility while riding to and from the trailhead.

The minimalist OFF-ROAD ST T3 Insert is 33% thinner than the High Performance model in our TACTICA HP T3 liner, though its dual layer construction erases microvibrations and diffuses shocks and larger impacts.

They’re refined for pure utility with minimal weight and ultimate breathability, so they layer seamlessly under any over shorts or pants. The waist construction and leg bands are the same as the more robust TACTICA HP liner, wrapping the waist and thighs with lightly compressive security. The minimalist OFF-ROAD ST T3 Insert has a minimal 6mm of foam, engineered with a mono-layer construction to erase microvibrations and diffuse the lighter impacts of less aggressive off-road riding.

The absence of bib straps compounds the difficulty of dialing the perfect ride-tuned fit. To address that, we reimagined the waistband with a stabilizing elastic layer that anchors the fit and an additional top band of mesh that extends coverage, independent of the elastic band, for comfort, moisture management, and to eliminate gaps between shorts and jersey while in the saddle. The updated insert features increased ventilation, a reduced footprint, and a new Odor Control Top Sheet Tex in Sugar Blue.

The new generation of GTV includes critical updates for comfort, from a new waist construction to a new insert – our plushest women-specific model. The waist incorporates a lighter textile with more body-wrapping elasticity, adding a supportive fit without restriction across all riding positions. The new insert features two layers of shock-absorbing foam, with targeted support under the ischial bones. Two additional cut-ins reduce bulk at the front of the insert, letting it conform to the body throughout the pedal stroke without folding or impediment. The innovative bisiClick system uses two magnetic closures to facilitate long-distance rides with convenient bib strap release.

Wind-tunnel tested and using our aerodynamic Fenomeno1 design, these are our some of our fastest women’s cycling shorts yet. The precise fit comes down to the waistband design, where we applied our breathable, ultrasoft Aerofit material at the front, using a fold-over construction that comfortably holds the shorts in place across the abdominals. We did the same at the lower legs, adding a secure, stay-put fit with an asymmetrical hold on the thighs. Compared to our Laalalai shorts, these are 2.5cm shorter in length. The T.laaLalaiShorts feature the same paneling and materials as their bib-free H.laaLalai counterparts; however, instead of a waistband, these shorts connect our Y7 frame carrier bibTech straps to a single monobib in the front, which is in turn secured by the innovative Schnalle magnetic clasp.
