Cancellation Policy
Same day cancellations and no shows will not be refunded. Please give us as much of a heads up as possible. We will issue a
refund if you call us during business hours the day before your scheduled rental.

What is included in my rental?
Helmets, pedals, flat kit, and bike lock.
What do I need to bring if I booked online?
You will need a valid driver's license/passport when picking up your bike(s). If you did not complete the online waiver, you will need a valid driver's license or passport AND a valid credit card.
Who needs to sign a waiver?
Every person riding a bike rented from University Bicycles will need to sign a waiver. Minors need a signature from a parent/guardian.
When can I pick up my rental bike?
After we open, the first day of your rental. NO EARLY PICK UPS or LATE DROP OFFS- please reserve bikes for the time frame you need them.
Can I apply my rental fee to the cost of a new bike?
Yes! We will apply up to 3 days of rental costs to the purchase of a new bike within 6 months of your demo/rental.
Can people under the age of 18 rent e-bikes?
No, our shop policy and liability does not allow it.
Do you rent bike racks or deliver rental bikes?
We do not rent bike racks or deliver rental bikes.

Boulder Creek Bike Path will take you through Boulder Creek Canyon with stunning mountain and creek views the whole way. Start on the Boulder Creek Bike Path 3 blocks out of our door, go up the canyon, back down, take a dip in the creek, and grab something to eat on Pearl Street. The creek path is one of the best ways to experience Boulder by bike.
Betasso Preserve offers flowing, fast singletrack mountain biking just a few miles from the shop. Cruise up Boulder Creek Bike Path, grind up the Betasso Link Trail, hit a couple laps, and make your way back to town.
