The Reserve 28|XC is the race-ready culmination of everything we’ve learned from years at the highest levels of competition. At 1387g for a complete DT Swiss 180 hub wheelset with tape and valves (AND no rider weight limit and lifetime warranty), the 28|XC features a wider and lower rim profile than our previous XC race wheels, increasing strength and lateral rigidity while adding vertical compliance. The new rim shape also eases tubeless tire installation and improves tire bead retention at lower pressure. Redesigned Rim Bed The 28|XC's redesigned rim bed eases tubeless installation, with a shaped rim bed utilizing offset spoke holes that allows the tire to easily push past the bead bump to seat tubeless tires.
